REPLENISHMENT


Transfer Perangkat Pengisian Otomatis atau RF SKU
Verifikasi transaksi pengisian otomatis SKU menggunakan pembacaan bar-code scanning / RF tag dan perangkat komunikasi perangkat RF. Komponen-komponennya adalah:
  1. Format transaksi pengisian ulang yang merupakan label yang dapat dibaca manusia / mesin pada setiap tote karton / gudang dan pada setiap penyimpanan / posisi pengambilan.
  2. Perangkat pemindai kode / alat pembaca kode barcode / jari tangan genggam, pergelangan tangan atau jari dengan terminal tampilan visual dan kapasitas memori dalam perangkat pemindai / pembaca dengan jaringan komunikasi RF. Desain transfer data-RF menggunakan terminal transmisi dengan antena yang terpasang ke kendaraan atau ke karyawan dan area penyimpanan / pick dengan beberapa perangkat penerima dan jaringan komunikasi yang terhubung ke komputer WMS.

Label Self-Adhesive Preprinted
Label perekat diri manusia / mesin yang dapat dibaca dilekatkan (oleh karyawan) ke struktur posisi-pick. Setiap transaksi pengisian posisi-pilih memiliki karyawan yang memindai identifikasi posisi-pick dan identifikasi SKU masing-masing.

Lokasi identifikasi pengisian atau lokasi pengambilan posisi ditentukan oleh jenis SKU, jenis posisi-pilih, anggota struktural pemilihan-posisi, ukuran identifikasi, dan jenis pemindai / pembaca.

Pemindaian Bar-Code / RF Tag Reading
Menggunakan bar-code scanning / RF tag reading untuk verifikasi pengisian berarti bahwa manusia / identifikasi yang dapat dibaca mesin, label barcode / kode bar (manusia / mesin dapat dibaca) ditempatkan pada setiap SKU, serta setiap penyimpanan atau posisi pengambilan.

karyawan yang mengisi ulang dengan pemindai / pembacaan tag / pemindai kode barcode / pembaca:
  1. Di area penyimpanan, posisi penyimpanan, dan identifikasi SKU;
  2. Di area pick, pilih identifikasi posisi dan kuantitas SKU;
  3. Memindai / membaca data transaksi ditransfer ke file persediaan WMS.

  • Tanpa Metode


Dengan desain tanpa konsep, SKU secara acak ditugaskan untuk memilih posisi di area pick atau memilih lorong. Kekurangan adalah pengisian dan produktivitas pemetik rendah; itu mencampur SKU dari berbagai grup dalam satu area dan tidak memaksimalkan ruang. Keuntungan mudah diterapkan dan tidak memerlukan kontrol manajemen dan disiplin.
  • Metode ABC

Dalam metode ABC, memilih posisi di lorong memilih dipisahkan menjadi tiga zona utama yaitu zona “A,” zona “B,” dan zona “C.” Setiap zona dibagi menjadi zona mikro: “A,” “B,” dan zona “C”.
Posisi pick zona “A” dibatasi untuk SKU yang bergerak cepat. Posisi pick dalam zona "B" adalah untuk SKU yang bergerak sedang. Posisi pick zona “C” adalah untuk SKU yang bergerak lambat.
  • Grup Keluarga”

Dalam grup keluarga, SKU dengan karakteristik serupa ditugaskan untuk memilih posisi dalam a pilih lorong, zona, atau area.

Pengisian ulang Kurang dari Lapisan Pallet
Dengan konsep pengisian ulang yang kurang dari satu lapis, karyawan dengan perangkat RF memindai identifikasi palet, memilih identifikasi posisi, memasukkan jumlah SKU master-carton yang ditransfer ke posisi pick, dan mengirim data ke File WMS. Kekurangan dan kelebihan serupa dengan metode pengisian sebelumnya kecuali bahwa pergerakan SKU berjalan satu arah dari area penyimpanan ke area pick.

Presentasi karton induk di rak, rak deked, atau posisi rak flowcatch karton memungkinkan pemilih untuk menyelesaikan transaksi pengambilan pesanan pelanggan dengan tugas dan waktu non produktif yang minimal. Untuk memenuhi tujuan, karton induk siap untuk transaksi pick dengan front penuh atau setengah terbuka dan semua bahan pengisi dihapus dari interior.

Master carton presentation in a shelf, decked rack, or carton flow-rack pick position allows a picker to complete a customer order pick transaction with minimal nonproductive tasks and time. To satisfy the objective, a master carton is ready for a pick transaction with a full or half-open front and all filler material removed from the interior
Pick-Position Master Carton atau Bin Replenishment
Salah satu kunci untuk memilih yang akurat dan tepat waktu adalah untuk memastikan bahwa produktivitas pemilih memenuhi tingkat produktivitas yang dianggarkan. Sebagian besar pemilih item kecil merasa bahwa kotak karton atau bin master dalam posisi pick memastikan pemetik dapat dengan cepat memindahkan SKU dari posisi pick ke karton / tote. PT AGILITY INTERNATIONAL


On Monday, March 19, 2018, my friends and I had the opportunity to visit PT Agility located in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi. Agility International is a 3PL (Third Party Logistics) company. We get an explanation of the inbound and outbound processes. In this Agility warehouse check the goods not manually but by using RF (Radio Frequency) which is connected directly to the computer system in the warehouse, after the goods are GR (Good Receiving) then the goods are put into the shelf in accordance with the placement already set by WMS (Warehouse Management System).
After that done the process of picking or the process of preparation of goods in accordance with order letters are grouped in 1 carton. Goods to be picked must be items listed on the pick up ticket. After picking is done then consul / route grouping of goods in accordance with the delivery route. After the grouping in each delivery route, then done QC (Quality Control) is checking goods, whether the goods in accordance with the order of the company or not, by scanning the barcode in the goods. So the system will refuse if the scanned barcode does not match the order of the company. After QC process (Quality Control) is completed then done lading hand process is a process where each valet will be placed cartons that will be ready dikirm accordance with the route and delivery schedule.
And next is the Outbound process, which is the process that starts from order processing in this process is done making TMR (Tranfer Manifest Report). In making 1 TMR is for 1 delivery route. And then routing per-truck is placed in the staging area. After the complete document, the goods are loaded into the truck according to the delivery route. After delivery, then done POD (Proof of delivery) is evidence of the delivery of the goods.
Me and my friends got a group to get to know Herbalife products. Herbalife Distribution in Indonesia only exist in PT.Agility. Herbalife direct shipping from America. Herbalife is a beauty and health product. Herbalife has a variety of products such as shampoo, diet remedies, milk, masks, etc. Products like shampoo, mask, which are not consumed are kept in the cool room.
Inbound is usually done from 08.30 - 16.30 hrs. Its distribution system uses door to door or outlet because Herbalife products are not sold in general. Herbalife was not sold online. Prior to distribution, Herbalife products enter processes such as Packing, laser making, labeling.
The purpose of laser making is to identify the product. Each Herbalife diet milk packet has a different Lot number. Herbalife provides halal stickers on dairy products diet. Herbalife provides its own tools and materials used in the packing process. So the Agility only rent his warehouse only. The Agility Party shall not be liable for the goods that have been damaged (reject). The system used by Herbalife is FEFO (First Expired First Out) because most Herbalife products are consumable products. Herbalife products are included in fast moving products.
